Alumni needs program best practices Agenda.docx

NCSCPM Bylaws and SOP 2020.docx

Participants from the group requested some resources:

  • Types of programs/events – structure, number of attendees, time/$/resources needed to support these…
  • How are they tracking/measuring success? Feedback from attendees?
  • Outcomes? E.G.: future CPM participant referrals? Participation by graduates in upcoming programs/guest speakers? Promotion of the CPM brand/recognizability….?

I have started with the NC Society  By-Laws (and  SOP) and a link to the recent program activities (most of them were recorded). I can provide a few more but I’d like some other program examples to add related the above request if y’all have any to get to Patty to include in a reminder tomorrow before the session.
