Registration Fee is included for ONE representative of each CPM Program.  Additional attendees may register at $400.  Registration includes Wednesday Dinner, Breakfast, Breaks, Lunch and Dinner on Thursday, Breakfast, Break and Lunch on Friday.

Guest registration is available for both dinners.
